  2. To report bugs, send mail to msmacimn@microsoft.com, or
  3. simply click the Reply button.

  5. Please include: 
  6. ΓÇó System configuration information 
  7. ΓÇó what version you are upgrading from 
  8. ΓÇó Version of operating system 
  9. ΓÇó Type of Macintosh 
  10. ΓÇó Type of connection to the Internet 
  11. ΓÇó Steps that lead to the bug. For example:
  12.     1. Start Internet Mail and News. 
  13.     2. On the File menu, choose Open. 
  14.     3. Click the Cancel button. 
  15.     4. Result: Nothing happens. 
  16. ΓÇó Any other information that will help us reproduce the bug
  17. successfully.

  19. Although you may not receive a response via e-mail, all bug
  20. and suggestion reports  will be read and evaluated by a
  21. Quality Assurance Engineer.
